My Dad and Mum came up for their pre-Christmas visit yesterday. My Dad works in Currys so is always very busy immediately round Christmas so we also try to get together for a day in the run up to it, and so we can swap gifts. We had a lovely roast chicken dinner, followed by a walk to a local country park before all sitting down to watch 'Elf' together. There was lots of time for cuddles and giggling - a really good day...
